We understand skincare is personal. If you’re not completely satisfied with any regular-priced item, you may request a return within 30 days of your purchase date. (Please note: items purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for return.)

How to Start Your Return:

  1. Reach Out – Contact our Customer Care team at +92 320 0321234 or email us at justouchofficial@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

  2. Prepare Your Package – Safely pack your item in a well-padded envelope or box to avoid any damage in transit. Include a note with your:

    • Order ID

    • Return Authorization Number (RA#)

    • Full Name

  3. Label Clearly – Write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

🕐 Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to be inspected and processed once it arrives at our distribution center. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.
